Job Description
The Connecticut Department of Correction is recruiting for a Per Diem Psychiatrist to provide mental health services to inmates. This is a per diem position with 4 scheduled shifts per pay period.
Requirements
- License to practice medicine and surgery issued by the Connecticut Department of Public Health
- 1 year of residency program experience in psychiatry approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
- Eligibility for participation in federal health care programs as defined in 42 U.S. § 1320a-7b(f)
