Case Management Worker - Own Door Wexford (Part Time)

Provide case management support to families from different nationalities, sustain their tenancies, and develop strong networks and capacity building. Work directly with service users, assess clients' needs, and advocate on their behalf. Develop and maintain effective relationships with Local Authorities and other agencies. Work in a hybrid environment, with access to own transport, and participate in meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• Social Studies/Case Management Accredited Qualification
• Full Valid Driver's Licence and access to the use of a car
• At least two years of working as a case manager with service users with complex needs and co-ordinating support plans
• At least one year of regular use of IT systems with a good proficiency in Excel & Word
• Experience of working in liaison with other agencies within the voluntary and statutory sectors
• Good knowledge about the immigration system, legislation and nationality matters in Ireland
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and electronic
• Ability to be flexible and work in a variety of settings, with a variety of teams
