Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Advancement, the Executive Director for Advancement Services is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing day-to-day operations and long-term projects for five teams within Advancement and External Relations.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience
- BA/BS degree required
- 8+ years of related higher education experience
- Experience managing budgets, contracts and relationships with vendors
- Demonstrated history of overseeing service units and improving customer service systems and response times
- Experience with and understanding of Salesforce and related systems
