Job Description
The Bilingual Case Manager will provide case management services to children in substitute care and their families, including intake and assessment, service planning, and crisis management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services field
- Two years of experience in child welfare services
- Knowledge of Social Work practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional, confidential work environment
- Ability to work with culturally diverse populations and work force
- Ability to work flexible hours
