Job Description
The Manager of Professional Development will provide day-to-day support and leadership for the Texans Together (TTG) Professional Development Division, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive training programs for new and current employees, foster/adopt parents, and community participants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- Three (3) years of supervisory/managerial experience in a social service or similar field
- Knowledge of principles and practices of public administration, and management
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, leadership, partners, and stakeholders
