Requirements

- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining embedded firmware dedicated to battery designs.
- Proven knowledge of C/C++ programming for embedded systems, Python, microcontrollers (STM32, TI), and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Demonstrated experience in interfacing with hardware modules and hardware debugging.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a cross-functional team to implement, develop, and execute rigorous testing plans to validate firmware functionality and reliability.
- Demonstrated expertise in ensuring firmware meets safety standards and regulatory requirements, incorporating fault detection, diagnostic routines, and fail-safe mechanisms to protect battery integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to firmware, working closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve problems.
- Professional history with creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of firmware design, development processes, and testing procedures.
- Experience with Git, Linux, and Windows.
