Director, Paid Social

We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. We are looking for a Director, Paid Social to build and manage a high-performing team that handles Strategy, Planning, and Activation to best service their clients.

Requirements

• 8+ years paid social experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a client-facing media or marketing role
• Proven prior work experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports / team members
• Ability to audit an account and present actionable insights to a client
• Experience acting as an escalation point for clients
