Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Director to join our Creative & Media team. As a Growth Director, you will help us build out our upper funnel digital marketing practice by spotting new internal & external opportunities and following up on them. You will work closely with our advertising consultants team and programmatic team to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Experience in selling projects in media/advertising
- Ability to qualify leads with asking the right questions (BANT or similar)
- Consultative selling skills
- Commercial experience and ability to tell a story about your best win
- Ability to advise clients on upper funnel media strategies
- Understanding of upper funnel advertising and offline marketing
- Ambitious and eager to learn
- Master of English language in word and writing
