The Media Account Director is the strategic engine of our client relationships, translating commercial objectives into high-impact media strategies and leading a high-performing team to deliver innovative, data-driven, full-funnel strategies that drive client success and agency growth.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales or account management, including 4+ years within a media agency environment
- Proven leadership experience
- Financial acumen, including experience in building complex agency proposals for media clients
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Deep experience managing media clients (Retail Media, Amazon, and Marketplaces preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully managing accounts exceeding $5M+ in annual media spend
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce and PowerBI, and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Advertising, Pacvue, or Amalytix
