Job Description
DEPT is a Growth Invention company that helps the world's most ambitious brands grow faster. As a Motion Designer, you will create emotive and conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. You will own the end-to-end delivery of content, ensuring every frame is conversion-focused and brand-aligned.
Requirements
- 2-3 Years experience in an agency or fast-paced studio environment
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects, Figma, and Jitter, with a solid grasp of the wider Adobe suite
- A portfolio that demonstrates 'hybrid' talent—showing you can design beautiful static assets and then animate them fluidly
- Experience (or high interest) in leveraging AI tools to optimize creative production
- English proficiency for collaboration with the global DEPT team
