Senior, Product Design

DEPT Argentina is growing fast and we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to work with peers and clients that enjoy and build great products together. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for owning the full design lifecycle, from initial discovery and user journey mapping to high-fidelity execution and post-launch iteration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a track record of shipping high-impact, end-to-end digital products in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong grasp of Figma with a solid understanding of industry standards and features.
• Ability to synthesize user research and business data into actionable design strategies that drive product growth.
• Proven ability to articulate design rationale to executive stakeholders and advocate for user-centric solutions.
• Actively research and propose strategic improvements that support both personal and company-wide growth.
