Job Description
Derivative Path is seeking an Associate Director of Quality Assurance to lead and evolve our QA function as we scale DerivativeEDGE, our cloud-native derivatives platform serving banks, credit unions, investment managers, and corporate treasury teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering
- At least 3+ years in a senior or leadership role leading modern, automation-focused QA practices
- Strong understanding of modern QA as an enabling function
- Experience coaching engineers on writing better automated tests and partnering with Product to define testable requirements
- Hands-on familiarity with QA tools, automation frameworks (for multiple test types), test management systems, and CI/CD pipelines
