Job Description
The Operations Engineer I provides organizational support to improve the customer experience by troubleshooting daily operations issues and collecting data to uncover process gaps. Ensures daily job processing on the Core Processor and monitors processes to ensure seamless operations for the Credit Union and its membership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- College courses or degree in Computer Science preferred
- 2+ Related work experience in lieu of degree preferred
- 1+ years Credit Union or Banking processing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Database (queries), reporting and system monitoring required
- IBM systems knowledge preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication required
