Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and creating job offers, as well as implementing recruitment initiatives and building candidate pipelines.
Requirements
- High School or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
- 3+ years' experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or related HR functions required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant software applications
