Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Informatics & IT Analyst who understands that better data leads to better patient care. You'll be the bridge between our clinical operations, quality improvement, and technical support by improving documentation processes, building reports, and ensuring the EMR supports safe, efficient, and compliant care delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with EMR/EHR systems in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, documentation processes, and healthcare operations
- Proficiency in report building, data analysis, and dashboard creation
- Experience with basic IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, networking, printers)
- Ability to translate clinical needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication, training, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data security, and healthcare privacy standards
