EyeCare Partners' partner practices in Arizona are looking for an oculoplastic surgeon to build a relationship with, offering full scope ophthalmology care with patients and offices throughout the Phoenix Metro area.
Requirements
- Board certification in Ophthalmology
- Completion of an ACGME-approved oculoplastic fellowship
- Current DEA and Arizona medical licensure
