Architectural Project Manager - Residential

Designblendz seeks a Project Manager to participate in the design and documentation of residential and multi-family projects in our Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate has a professional degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited university and professional licensure, 10+ years of professional experience with a focus on residential and multi-family projects, and excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.

Requirements

• A professional degree in architecture from an NAAB accredited university and professional licensure.
• 10+ years of professional experience with a focus on residential and multi-family projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to lead small-scale projects or components of larger-scale projects through various stages of design and to develop and manage work plans and execution strategies with project and firm leadership.
• Strong design awareness and a working knowledge of the technical documentation process including means and methods, construction documentation, and familiarity with specifications.
• Exceptional proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and Bluebeam.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications
• Proficiency with Project management software.
• Quality control and coordination of construction administration services.
• Experienced in preparing project program and schedule
• Experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications
• Working knowledge of architectural design documentation, detailing, building materials and codes, construction techniques, as well as building material compatibility and characteristics
• Appropriate written and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
