Job Description
The Contract Manager will support customer and vendor contracts across the organization, guiding contracts through the full Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, and partnering with teams to ensure contracts are structured clearly, managed effectively, and aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working directly with contracts in a similar role, ideally within material handling, construction, engineering, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of contract terminology, contract law fundamentals, and contract management best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract management, business law, or a related field
