Job Description
DCS is seeking a Site Manager to oversee project execution on material handling and distribution within customer sites. This role involves managing project teams, resolving on-site challenges, maintaining safety, and upholding the company's core values. The Site Manager will also manage inventory, report issues through the Site Docs, and participate in safety audits.
Requirements
- Experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role in Material Handling and Equipment Installation
- Familiarity with construction concepts, practices, and procedures
- Understanding of travel obligations required for DCS Site Manager position
- OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry or General Industry Training
- Forklift, scissor lift, MEWP, and boom lift certification (or obtaining within 2 months)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD viewer, and blueprints
- Understanding of Procore or similar Construction Management software
- Good judgment and leadership skills
