Estimator- Heavy Civil

As an Estimator, you'll develop accurate cost estimates, partner with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or equivalent related work experience.
• 5 years of estimating experience preferred- public or private.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager/Engineer and/or take-off, is a plus.
• Ability to manage and produce multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.) and Primavera Scheduling software.
• Strong working knowledge of estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid.
• Working knowledge of construction methods and principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels.
