As a member and client experience advisory agent, you will help members and clients have a better experience, ensure they are satisfied, and promote the organization's cooperative values. You will provide advice and support to members and clients about their banking transactions and promote Desjardins products and services.

Requirements

• High school diplomas in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
