Represent the voice of the client in projects, prepare products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience, and manage relationships with stakeholders. Lead project development and delivery, provide recommendations, and serve as a specialized advisor and subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
