Concessions Runner

This part-time Concessions Runner position requires a candidate to ensure the cleanliness, organization, and profitability of the concession stand, providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling cash, food preparation, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards. The role is heavily event-driven and may involve stressful situations with a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Combination of education and experience in customer service, business operations, and/or hospitality industry is required.
• Certification in food management/food preparation is required.
• Good communication skills (including the ability to read, write and speak clearly/consistently in English).
• Ability to work well with people and function in a busy environment.
• Orientation to detail, computer literacy and proficiency required.
• Must be at least 16 years of age and have the following KSA’s: knowledge of convention/tradeshow industry, catering practices, supervisorial experience of staff and project management, and ability to anticipate/identify problems or potential problems and achieve effective resolution.
