Job Description
Desoto Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, ADL activities, meal preparation, and vital sign monitoring, contributing to a positive resident experience.
Requirements
- Assist residents with personal care and ADL activities.
- Assist with range of motion, turning, positioning, ambulation, and assistive devices.
- Serve and assist with meals and supplements, documenting intake.
- Assist with Bowel/Bladder Training Program.
- Take and record vitals, heights, and weights.
- Maintain resident's environment and follow resident ADL care plans.
- Report to the charge nurse for changes in condition.
- Assist in restorative and rehabilitative procedures.
