Requirements
- Management and follow-up of strategic projects (PMO)
- Preparation of roadmaps, schedules, and OKRs
- Financial and performance analyses of projects
- Conducting research and market analysis
- Management and follow-up of the Decolar Loyalty Program
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools (Power BI, Excel advanced, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to translate data into insights and strategic action plans
