Job Description
Join our top team at Despegar as a B2C Sales Supervisor to supervise sales performance and operational management in our B2B2C and B2C travel stores. Drive revenue growth, execute sales standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in supervisory sales roles within retail and wholesale environments
- Strong emphasis on operations and team development
- Demonstrated knowledge in retail strategy, project coordination, and performance analysis
- CRM and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mastery
- Effective and assertive communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
