User Researcher Ssr./Sr.

Requirements

• Previous experience in exploratory and/or generative qualitative research
• Knowledge and ability to conduct quantitative research methodologies
• Advanced Portuguese language skills (exclusive)
• Solid understanding of the digital product lifecycle and user-centered design processes
• Ability to organize, work autonomously, and anticipate in agile and dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and translation skills for complex findings
