Job Description
DESRI is seeking an Energy Markets Operation Manager or Senior Manager to implement and manage reporting and best practices within the Market Operations program. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends and regulatory changes, analyzing market data, and conducting reviews of SCED analysis to ensure long-term asset profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, or a related field
- 4-10 years of experience in energy market analysis
- Proven experience in US energy market landscape, particularly MISO, ERCOT, PJM, and CAISO
- 2+ years of management experience in an equivalent role
- Experience with FTRs or other market-based hedging instruments is a plus
