Application Operations Engineer role involves configuring infrastructure, installing applications, and managing the IIS.Net environment. The role requires troubleshooting skills across various technology areas and experience in developing or supporting web-based.NET applications.
Requirements
- In-depth troubleshooting skills across various technology areas such as.Net, IIS, JBOSS, Apache Tomcat, SQL Server
- Knowledge of ITIL and CMMi frameworks
- Proven past experience in the development or support of web-based and WinForms.NET applications created in C# and VB.NET
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and documentation skills
