Facility Manager

We are looking for a Facility Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the building and adjacent infrastructure for an innovative manufacturing company. The ideal candidate has experience in facility management, technical exploitation, or management of building infrastructure, with a balance of technical understanding and administrative control.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management, technical exploitation, or management of building infrastructure
• Experience in working with external suppliers and service companies
• Administrative experience - contracts, budgets, documentation
• Practical experience with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems)
• Skills in data analysis, trends, and deviations
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, registers, documentation)
• Good command of English
