The Facility Manager is responsible for the operations and budget management of an assigned portfolio, ensuring service delivery, safety, and compliance. This role involves overseeing maintenance, leading project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements
- 5 years industry experience in Building Automation or Mechanical & Electrical, and or Facilities Management
- RPA or FMA would be an asset
- Experience managing multiple property sites
- Certification or licence in related trade / industry
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Strong computer skills including MS excel, Word and Office
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Travel to remote site as required
