Job Description
We are looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join a high-performing Shared Service Center in Sofia, working in a structured SSC environment to support core Record-to-Report activities, process excellence, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting SSC/BPO structures in General Ledger accounting
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Strong competence in ERP systems
- Knowledge-sharing mindset with a people-oriented approach
- Experience in process and procedure transitions is considered a strong advantage
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
