Requirements
- Technical education or vocational training in mechanics, electronics, aerospace, mechatronics, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in a test, production, or laboratory environment, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or defense
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures
- Experience working with measurement equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, sensors, or data acquisition systems
- Solid documentation skills and comfort working with test reports and basic digital tools
