Job Description
This position is responsible for managing and directing the intake and assessment processes at Destiny Springs, which operates 24 hours / 7 days per week. The individual provides prompt responses to patient and referral needs, provides clinical supervision to staff, assures appropriateness of risk assessments, crisis interventions, and referrals for the appropriate level of care.
Requirements
- Masterâs Degree in Counseling, Social Services, Psychology or Human Services field
- Minimum three (3) years of intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting
