Job Description
We are seeking a Controls Engineer to join our team, responsible for the upkeep and improvement of all automation production equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine startup/debugging, Allen-Bradley PLCs/HMIs, and vision/camera systems.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work NIGHT SHIFT (6pm - 4:30am - 4x10hrs)
- Bachelor’s Degree is highly recommended, however willing to accept an Associates degree with experience
- 2-5 years’ experience in machine startup/debugging is required
- Ability to communicate technical data (PLC ladder logic) to staff employees on the floor and management to allow quicker troubleshooting.
- Knowledge and experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs/HMIs is mandatory
- Previous experience in industrial machine debug
- Vision/Camera systems experience is required.
- Cognex and Keyence systems preferred
- SQL 2008 or newer.
