Electrician (Journeyman)

DMS is creating a culture of service and empowers others to grow, rise, and give back. The Journeyman Electrician will perform electrical maintenance functions, troubleshoot malfunctions, and work with higher-level positions for complex issues.

Requirements

• Read wiring and circuit diagrams
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of electrical control systems, machine components, electronic circuits, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions
• Read electrical schematics, technical repair manuals, prints, and specifications
• Perform regular predictive and preventative electrical maintenance functions
• Basic troubleshooting and taking appropriate action
• Self-motivated and highly productive
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations
