Baseball Strategy Associate

Support key functions within Baseball Operations, gaining exposure to roster and payroll management, player transactions, market analysis, long-term strategic planning, and contract administration.

Requirements

• Assist with roster tracking and player movement processes
• Contribute to long-term planning through research and analysis
• Support player acquisition efforts
• Help prepare internal reports and organizational summaries
• Assist with tracking and reporting on team payroll and other budgeting activities
• Contribute to the preparation of salary arbitration materials and contract-related documentation
• Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis on industry trends, league rules, and internal operations
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure accuracy of internal databases and scouting tools
• Help maintain internal communications across Baseball Operations groups
