The Business Finance function is responsible for producing business-level revenue attribution, financial accounting, and financial disclosures, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of Profit and Loss (PnL) for each business unit. The role involves providing daily commentary and variance investigation to Front Office traders and senior Finance managers, ensuring compliance to risk and control guidelines, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Financial Control and product control experience in Investment Banking
- Strong understanding of financial market products
- Solid Fixed Income product knowledge
- IFRS/GAAP knowledge is preferred
- Strong knowledge / experience of front to back Investment Banking environment
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes responsibilities, and escalates issues as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong Word and Excel skills required
- Exposure to multiple front office systems
