C&AFC – Country Compliance Manager – AVP/VP

The Country Compliance Manager – AVP/VP is responsible for ensuring that all relevant policies, procedures, systems, and controls are implemented effectively and that all relevant legal, regulatory, and DB Group requirements are met. The role involves managing Compliance risks, promoting a risk culture, and providing advisory support to senior management and employees.

Requirements

• At least 10 years' experience in Compliance or a control related function within an international organization or bank in the Financial Services Industry
• Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange Policy Malaysia regulatory knowledge
• Knowledge of banking products and services, especially in Investment Banking and Foreign Exchange
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
