CB IB Operations & Controls – Trade Finance Ops Team Lead - Up to AVP

We are looking for a CB IB Operations & Controls – Trade Finance Ops Team Lead to drive the planning and day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and operations, with experience in trade finance products and a focus on process efficiency and performance improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking industry covering Trade Finance products
• Background and work experience in Operations is desirable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details are required
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Good interpersonal skills
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
