Job Description
The Business Management in Personal Banking plays a central role in the strategic development of the business area. We work on steering and implementing comprehensive transformation programs, with opportunities to actively participate in change processes and design strategic cost initiatives.
Requirements
- Support program management in implementing transformation projects
- Prepare management meetings and relevant questions
- Keep project-relevant information up to date and document according to governance guidelines
- Support budget monitoring and synergy
- Analyze cost and efficiency measures and prepare results for various target groups
- Conduct independent special analyses and create decision-making documents
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
