Controls Testing and Assurance – CT&A ORM Testing Specialist/Testing Lead, AVP

CT&A ORM Testing Specialist/Testing Lead to assess the effectiveness of 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) risk management for ORM Risk Types, leading/supporting Risk Oversight Reviews (ROR) for Transaction processing risk type.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Control Assurance/testing function, risk management or similar role within financial services.
• University degree in a related field with relevant certifications.
• Comprehensive understanding of Operational Risk principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and with minimum direction.
• Proficiency in working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
