Job Description
The Corporate Actions & Income Analyst - NCT will be responsible for processing and supervising sub-processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal and external process guidelines. The role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders, handling huge volumes, and escalating issues to the Team Manager or Onshore Clients.
Requirements
- Strong Corporate Actions knowledge
- Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and complex situations
- Strong English written & verbal skills required
- Ability to converse clearly with internal and external staff via telephone and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Be willing to work in relevant geography business hours
- Ready to travel as and when required
- Be willing to work in shifts
