Data Science Engineer (f/m/x)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Data Science Engineer to join our AI Tribe. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge data science solutions that address complex business challenges and contribute directly to development and delivery objectives.

Requirements

• Deliver data science projects aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, design, and implement data science initiatives end-to-end.
• Execute the full data science lifecycle, including data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, deployment, and ongoing evaluation.
• Apply strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
• Build, deploy, and optimize predictive models, recommender systems, and other data driven solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners—product management, engineering, and business teams—to translate requirements into actionable data science solutions.
• Present insights, findings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Innovation & Research: Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI tooling.
• Proactively explore emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance effectiveness and innovation.
