The Market Conduct Office (MCO) is responsible for embedding market conduct in business decisions, and improving the efficiency, sustainability and transparency of market conduct controls. The MCO will focus on providing governance and oversight for all of DB activities related to market conduct.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and products
- Experience in a non-financial risk management role in Banking and/or Global Markets in either 1st Line of Defence / Business Risk or Compliance roles
- Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, both written and oral
- Proven track record of design, delivery and oversight of future state controls
- Proven track record of successfully working within diverse, high performing teams and departments both locally and remotely
