As a Branch Manager, you will manage a customer portfolio with high advisory needs and independently fulfill your mandate to advise and meet your customers' needs. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding your personal relationship with your customers, and will manage the holistic exploitation, optimization, and expansion of your customer portfolio through intensive customer maintenance, activation, and growth.
Requirements
- Training as a bank clerk / bank clerk (further qualification desired)
- At least 3 years of practice experience in sales
- High degree of entrepreneurial thinking and acting, developed earnings and cost orientation
