Investment Bank - IB&CM - up to Director role in Japan, Tokyo, Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower. Supports origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus in M&A, due diligence, deal documentation, and client relationship building.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant M&A advisory and/or Corporate Finance experience
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication skills
