Investment Banking and Capital Markets – Banker – Industrials VP

As a Banker in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division, you will support the execution of live transactions, develop materials for client meetings, and apply advanced financial and quantitative methods to evaluate and execute merger & acquisitions and capital market transactions.

Requirements

• Experience providing quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions
• Experience across various stages of a transaction lifecycle, including pitching and bake off, preparing marketing materials and financial models and deal execution
• Strong modeling and analytical skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Series 79, 63 licensing preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Team player mentality and ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal groups and clients
• Driven, highly motivated, and a passion for finance and the ability to manage multiple processes
