Deutsche Bank is seeking an Investment Banker to support the execution of live transactions for the Industrials coverage team. The successful candidate will have experience in deal execution and financial modeling, as well as a background in the Industrials sector.

Requirements

• Support execution of live transactions for the Industrials coverage team
• Apply financial, economic, quantitative, and qualitative methods and principles to evaluate and execute acquisitions, financings, and equity raising transactions
• Develop and apply advanced financial analyses and models
• Participate in client interactions / meetings for both deal origination and execution
• Issue client interaction reports to senior management and maintain ongoing communication
