As a Customer Advisor, you will advise private customers nationwide on financial services and non-banking products through digital media. You will utilize all tools available on an omnichannel-enabled workstation, recognize cross-selling potential, and maintain high service quality based on customer-oriented sales principles.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as a bank clerk
- Comprehensive product knowledge of financial services
- Experience in sales
- Certification as a qualified salesperson according to EU Directive 2006/73/EC
